About the Founder

Spring of Life | Grace Oh - Founder of Sol
Grace Oh, Founder of Sol
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Menopause Champion, MBA (Harvard Business School)
I started Sol (Spring of Life) because I was fed up with women quietly suffering—misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or simply ignored—during one of the most transformative phases of our lives.

My frustration stemmed from decades of being told to follow what “success” should look like for a woman. First pursuing a classical music career to fulfil parental expectations, then stepping back from a fulfilling career at Citigroup and CLSA, where I was voted as a top 10 analyst in Asia by the Financial Times, to support my husband's career– led me to a realisation point. I needed to change something, not just for myself but for other women too.

At the same time, I discovered a shocking void: minimal research on women's health beyond fertility--menopause and conditions that disproportionately or differentially affect women like Alzheimer's, autoimmune conditions, and cardiovascular disease.

Sol was born from this awakening: a desire to help women reclaim their time, their identity, and their health. It’s a new model of care for women in Asia—backed by science and built with empathy. We combine evidence from conventional medicine, lifestyle medicine, and complementary therapies to support women holistically. More than that, Sol is a movement. We’re here to help women regain control, confidence, and vitality in a life stage that deserves visibility—not silence.
